Arkansas Baptist High School Art Room Undergoes Renovation

The art classroom at Arkansas Baptist High School recently underwent major improvements.  Improvements were made in storage, lighting and display.    New wall cabinets that wrap around most of the room were installed. In addition, a flat file for large work/paper storage and a dry rack were added to the room.

Underneath the cabinets, lighting fixtures were installed to provide the students with the type of lighting needed for their work area.  A new glass display case was hung outside the art room to allow the students’ art work to be professionally displayed. Display rails were also added around the entire classroom to allow for quick and easy displays in the classroom.  Two new computers and a color printer will soon be added as well.

The Arnold Family Foundation is proud to have made a donation to the art department that helped make the renovations possible.
