The Bill and Sharon Arnold Family Foundation is matching a grant from the Arkansas Department of Heritage for the Arkansas Civil War Sesquicentennial marker dedication in DeValls Bluff. The historical marker was created with the assistance of the Arkansas Civil War Sesquicentennial Commission and Preserve America, the National Park Service, and the Department of the Interior.

The Bill and Sharon Arnold Family Foundation has created a scholarship program for graduating seniors from the east central Arkansas region in which Mr. and Mrs. Arnold spent their careers as educators. In conjunction with Phillips Community College Stuttgart Campus, the Foundation is seeking applicants for scholarships which will cover tuition and fees for first-time, full-time students on that campus. Up to five scholarships will be awarded each year to qualifying high school seniors.

Executive Director Curtis Arnold of the Arnold Foundation is serving as a judge for Ouachita Baptist University's Business Plan Competition. The competition, which is also being sponsored by the foundation was launched to challenge OBU students and facilitate their entrepreneurial ideas by writing a business plan for a seed, start-up or early stage venture.
